If you are an Engineering Manager passionate about building and scaling world-class teams, joining Yuno will allow you to transform that passion into real high-impact solutions, contributing to our global expansion. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead our Integrations team — a group of engineers responsible for connecting Yuno's platform to PSPs, acquirers, and payment gateways worldwide. You will own the technical direction and delivery of a critical piece of our infrastructure, while growing and developing your team in a fast-moving, global environment. Your Contribution Will Be Lead the technical evolution of Yuno's merchant experience, focused on Core platform, APIs, and payment integrations. Own system and integration architecture connecting backend services and payment flows.
Requisitos
Minimum Qualifications Proven experience managing and growing engineering teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management. Strong ability to drive technical decision-making and manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment. Experience in payments companies, payments-related teams or with PSP integrations. Deep experience in payments infrastructure, including network tokens, routing, and transaction optimization. Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Solid hands-on backend engineering experience, with proficiency in Java, Golang, Kotlin or similar languages. Strong understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures, APIs, and integration patterns. Experience with SQL and relational databases. Knowledge of secure software development practices and OWASP principles.
