Own product features end to end, including scoping, architecture, coding, testing, and rollout for Tremendous' global payouts platform. Collaborate with engineers and designers on user problems and improve developer productivity through process improvements, code improvements, and mentorship.
Experience building complex web products end to end; expertise across frontend and backend; proficiency with Ruby on Rails and React or a similar JavaScript framework; strong written communication; ability to work autonomously; and high empathy for teammates and users.
Base salary of USD 100,000-200,000, equity, fully remote work from anywhere in the Americas, growth and advancement opportunities, and a high-documentation, low-meeting culture.
