Swile is hiring a Senior Backend Software Engineer to help optimize its current app and backend applications, including REST APIs, dashboards, tools, and internal services. The role focuses on writing high-quality, documented, efficient and maintainable code, improving observability, security, performance and stability, leading projects, mentoring team members, shaping technical solutions, estimating delivery timelines, building incremental product solutions, and responding to production incidents.
Requisitos
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related fields, or equivalent practical experience. Professional software engineering experience using Java or Kotlin. Experience designing and developing distributed systems. Experience with Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies. Experience with relational and non-relational databases. Clear and effective communication skills. Advanced English C1 level.
