Build greenfield Python applications using agentic methods, own AWS infrastructure, and ship production software across Python backends, React frontends, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-driven workflows. The role reports to the Head of Engineering and includes architecture, observability, security, and operation of the systems delivered.
Strong software engineering fundamentals and full-stack capability with Python, API design, relational and non-relational databases, and React or equivalent; production AWS experience covering VPC, EC2, ECS, Lambda, IAM, RDS, S3, and Kubernetes; strong Terraform and production CI/CD experience; autonomy in a small, fast-moving team. AI-agent workflow experience, MCP familiarity, and cybersecurity or startup experience are preferred.
