Supabase is hiring a Software Engineer in Go for Auth Product. The role focuses on building new and maintaining existing Auth features, designing secure and scalable authentication capabilities in Go and TypeScript, working across server-side protocols and client-side libraries for frameworks such as Next.js, evolving Auth architecture for OAuth, OIDC, SAML, and other protocols, writing and reviewing RFCs, collaborating across Supabase, and supporting the developer community through GitHub, Discord, and other channels.
Requisitos
Required 5+ years of professional software development experience. Required 2+ years of professional experience working on authentication systems, including protocol support and maintenance at scale. Strong knowledge of Go, TypeScript, and Postgres. Strong knowledge of web technology fundamentals including cookies, sessions, JWT, HTTP, and browser APIs. Good knowledge of and deep interest in authentication security including passwords, OAuth, OIDC, SAML, and cryptography fundamentals such as hash functions, signatures, and ciphers. Experience with multiple web frameworks such as Next.js or other JavaScript SSR alternatives and traditional frameworks such as Ruby on Rails, Django, Laravel, or equivalents. Good technical writing skills for RFC-based product development.
