5+ years building production Kotlin applications across mobile, web, or desktop; deep Kotlin ecosystem knowledge including coroutines, Flow, Gradle, and Jetpack; SDK, library, or developer-facing product experience; comfort across multiple languages; async distributed team experience; strong technical communication.
