Engineering management role for the Interaction Platform tribe, which builds mobile platforms and global experience standards through KMP adoption to enable multiplatform experiences with quality and efficiency. The role leads software engineering teams, aligns technical goals with company strategy, supports team growth and fosters continuous learning while ensuring high-quality delivery.
Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams using agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban; ability to represent a culture of collaboration and quality; experience in robust and scalable architectures; strong knowledge and leadership experience with architectural standards, code design and consistent documented coding patterns; Android/iOS mobile development experience; RESTful API and HTTP knowledge; algorithms and data structures; SOLID, Clean Code and Design Patterns; troubleshooting, telemetry, monitoring, observability and debugging; software testing including unit, integration, stress, mutation and E2E; relational and non-relational databases, cache strategies and distributed processing; DevOps, CI/CD and automation; metrics and marketing tools such as Firebase, Google Analytics and Amplitude; mobile platform management experience. Differentials include experience with journey or experience teams, design system teams, KMP, Compose Multiplatform, React Native, backend development with Golang, Node, C# or another modern backend language, financial digital products or large-scale apps, and critical high-availability applications.
