Senior Software Engineer role building large-scale enterprise systems and AI-driven conversational commerce experiences for major Latin American retailers. The role collaborates with product, sales, AI platform, design, and enterprise partner teams to design, prototype, and launch conversational AI solutions and scalable backend/frontend systems.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, 5+ years of software engineering experience, experience building and scaling enterprise systems with Python, AWS, Kafka, Postgres, and/or DynamoDB, familiarity with React and TypeScript, conversational AI application experience as a plus, customer-centric or startup environments, excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, English B2 or higher, ownership, adaptability, product intuition, and prompt design, agent evaluation, or LLM integration experience as a plus.
