Lead engineering for one or more Sierra Studio initiatives, architect technical stacks, write production code, and take products from idea to launch with product managers, designers, and engineers. Work may include client MVPs, internal AI tools, hiring, and mentoring.
5+ years of software engineering experience including project or people leadership; end-to-end product development; rapid learning ability; written and verbal English; TypeScript and React frontend experience; TypeScript or Python backend experience with Node.js or FastAPI; database experience such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB; and accurate timeline and scope estimation. Generative AI and AI coding-tool experience are bonuses.
