Lead one or more AI initiatives at Sierra Studio, architect technical stacks, use large language models to solve real-world problems, and ship products from idea to production with product, design, and engineering partners. The role may contribute to client MVPs, internal AI tools, hiring, and engineering mentorship.
Experience shipping real products with LLMs; prompt engineering, RAG, agentic patterns, and LLM evaluations; experience directing products technically through leadership, mentoring, or end-to-end ownership; effective cross-functional work; ability to contribute to multiple projects; and written and verbal English. Python or TypeScript backend experience, fine-tuning, and AI coding-tool experience are beneficial.
