Provide strategic technical leadership across a TypeScript, React, Python, and FastAPI product for an insurance-compliance platform transitioning to an automated AI- and LLM-powered model. Lead end-to-end delivery, architecture, technical specifications, stakeholder collaboration, documentation, mentoring, and engineering planning.
8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role; TypeScript and React; Python, FastAPI, and SQLAlchemy; Google Cloud Platform; CI/CD such as GitHub Actions; strong written and verbal English; and ability to learn new technologies quickly. Document processing, OCR, messaging systems, AI-assisted development, and generative AI experience are bonuses.
USD 6,000-8,000 per month, continuous learning, a strong engineering community, meaningful technical challenges, substantial architectural ownership, and the opportunity to build a platform from the ground up.
