Solve complex production problems end to end across APIs, integrations, customer configuration, and AI agents. Work directly with customers, debug prompts and knowledge bases, automate recurring fixes, provide structured signals to Product, create runbooks and tools, and escalate genuine product or infrastructure defects with clean reproductions.
End-to-end production debugging ability; comfort working directly with customers; experience automating manual fixes; fluency with AI agents, prompts, knowledge bases, intents, and LLM workflows; ability to read and reason through Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Express code; proficiency with AI coding tools; high ownership and strong documentation and knowledge-sharing skills. Grafana, Honeycomb, Sentry, internal tooling, ecommerce, or DTC experience is helpful.
