Staff Site Reliability Engineer responsible for owning the technical direction of Remote's SRE platform, shaping architecture, reliability strategy, tooling, and long-term evolution. The role drives platform-wide initiatives, raises the reliability bar across engineering, translates technical risks into business impact, partners with Engineering Managers, Team Leads and Product teams, and leads AI opportunities that reduce operational toil and improve how teams build, ship, and operate software.
Requisitos
8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering; deep Kubernetes expertise; experience designing and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS or similar providers at scale; strong Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practice; experience with SLOs, SLIs, error budgets and alerting; observability experience with Datadog, Grafana/Prometheus or similar; CI/CD and deployment automation experience; Bash and scripting skills; Docker/container tooling experience; practical experience applying AI tools to infrastructure, operations or developer tooling; ability to influence engineering direction, mentor senior engineers, communicate clearly, navigate ambiguity, and evaluate engineering decisions through a business lens.
Benefícios
Base salary range for this full-time position is $188,550 to $212,150.
