Senior Solutions Engineer in the Remote Build organization responsible for building and scaling the solutions engineering function for complex pre-sales and implementation needs. The role owns technical discovery, solution design, executive stakeholder relationships, commercial and technical outcomes, enablement programs, operating rhythms, product-line and go-to-market input, and AI agent workflow architecture and implementation.
Proven experience building and leading a solutions engineering or equivalent function, including hiring, onboarding and performance management; strong executive stakeholder management with internal and external audiences; cross-functional leadership and operational rigor; ability to translate ambiguous goals into repeatable processes; strong written and verbal communication; hands-on experience designing, building and shipping AI agent workflows or adjacent automation/orchestration systems; pragmatic approach to safety, evaluation and iteration; domain experience in HRTech, payroll, HCM or adjacent industries.
Annual salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 to $200,000 USD.
