Own challenging projects and help guide the technical direction of Property Leads' real-estate lead generation and data platform. Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable systems, translate product and business needs into technical solutions, contribute to architecture decisions, and improve engineering tools and workflows.
3+ years of software engineering experience delivering complex projects; expertise in distributed systems, backend APIs, and cloud infrastructure; proficiency with Python, AWS Lambda, and MongoDB; familiarity with ML/AI concepts; sound architectural judgment; strong communication and collaboration; ability to own projects end to end in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
