Provide front-line expert support for MongoDB deployments, troubleshoot complex production and business issues, assist peers, create technical content and collaborate across teams while feeding customer insights into product strategy.
Strong MongoDB and relational database knowledge; MongoDB configuration and best practices, schema design, performance, query and index tuning, backup, replica sets and sharding; Linux administration; Docker, Kubernetes or other virtualization; public-cloud experience such as AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean or Azure; methodical troubleshooting; ability to travel occasionally; strong customer-facing English. Percona Backup for MongoDB, Atlas, PostgreSQL DBA experience, monitoring, configuration management, Python or Go and MySQL are advantages.
