PadSplit is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join an international engineering team working in a pod with Software Engineers, QA Engineers, and a Product Manager. The role focuses on integrating frontend and backend components, improving product development efficiency, building and maintaining web and mobile applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, reviewing code, optimizing performance, maintaining automated tests, managing databases, and contributing to agile delivery.
Requisitos
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks such as React. Experience with React Native for iOS and Android, including mobile performance optimization and platform-specific development. Strong backend skills in at least one backend technology such as Python/Django or Node.js. Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar. Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation. Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows. Ability to optimize performance and troubleshoot issues across web and mobile platforms. Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and agile collaboration skills.
Benefícios
$50,000 - $75,000 a year. Compensation is based on role scope, market benchmarks, expertise, experience, and impact. Fully remote role for candidates anywhere in South America.
