Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field; 5+ years of backend development focused on Java and AWS; experience with low-latency distributed services, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, ClickHouse, REST APIs, security practices, Jenkins, Git, Maven or Gradle, agile delivery, and strong communication.
