Build next-generation conversational agents and review, validate, and improve code produced by AI systems. Resolve complex C/C++ issues, organize development priorities, collaborate across teams, verify AI-generated code for accuracy and reliability, and provide constructive code feedback.
5+ years of backend software engineering experience; 2+ years of C/C++ programming experience and knowledge of software-development best practices; strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and strategic skills; excellent English communication; familiarity with AI systems and code-generation technology is a plus; four-hour overlap with PST; maximum two-week notice period.
