10+ years of backend engineering experience for staff level with demonstrated high-traffic system scaling; deep experience with developer infrastructure, APIs, databases, and performance-critical systems; Node.js and modern backend stacks; passion for developer experience; strong remote communication; product mindset, autonomy, reliability, and comfort with startup ambiguity; based in North America, LATAM, or Europe.
$140K–$220K annual salary; equity; remote work across North America, LATAM, or Europe; high ownership of core systems, product roadmap, and company strategy; direct collaboration with developer customers and the open-source community.
