5+ years for senior-level or 10+ years for staff-level backend engineering; experience scaling high-traffic systems; deep knowledge of developer infrastructure, APIs, databases, and performance-critical systems; Node.js and modern backend stack experience; strong remote communication; product mindset and developer empathy; based in North America, LATAM, or Europe.
