Build and scale Made's user-facing web and mobile experiences, owning major features end to end in Flutter and React/Next.js. Shape frontend architecture, reusable components, performance, accessibility, and engineering standards while collaborating with product, design, and backend teams and mentoring junior engineers.
5-8+ years of frontend engineering experience with senior-level responsibilities; proficiency with Flutter and Dart for mobile plus React/Next.js or similar web frameworks; modern JavaScript/TypeScript, responsive design, and frontend-performance expertise; a record of shipping high-quality user-facing features; mentoring and cross-functional collaboration experience. Fintech or regulated-product experience, CI/CD and testing knowledge, design-system exposure, and interest in financial products are preferred.
