5-8+ years of backend engineering experience with senior responsibilities; strong Python and distributed-systems skills; Postgres, DynamoDB, Redis, REST APIs, Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS experience; strong computer-science fundamentals; and excellent delivery, collaboration, and communication skills.
