Integrate security into Lido DAO development processes by designing protective systems, embedding security practices in delivery pipelines, maintaining incident-response plans, conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration tests, monitoring threats, leading incident response, and training development and operations teams.
Experience with technical security assessments, code audits, design reviews, and vulnerability research; proficiency in Python, Golang, JavaScript, and Bash; experience with SIEM, IDS or IPS, vulnerability scanners, and automated security testing; excellent communication and strong security investigation and risk-assessment skills; B2+ English. Blockchain, Ethereum, Web3 security, DevOps tooling, supply-chain attack analysis, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Ansible, and Terraform experience are advantageous.
