Lead Agile software teams and drive project delivery by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams, coordinating stakeholders and clients, removing blockers, managing timelines and risks, communicating delivery metrics, and aligning engineering execution with product and business goals, including AI-enabled initiatives.
10+ years as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or in a similar Agile software-delivery role; deep knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks; consulting or client-facing experience managing multiple stakeholders and concurrent projects; exposure to AI, machine learning, or AI-driven software; proven cross-functional engineering leadership; strong communication, facilitation, risk management, and stakeholder-management skills; ability to work in a fast-paced distributed environment. CSM, PSM, or equivalent certification is a plus; availability for approximately 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST and a background check are required.
