Senior Jamf Engineer contractor engagement focused on macOS endpoint hardening, compliance alignment, and Apple device management maturity. The role works with IT Security, IT Management, and Security Engineering teams to implement baselines, close compliance gaps, and build durable Jamf Pro tooling.
5+ years of Jamf Pro administration in an enterprise environment with 500+ managed devices, deep macOS security hardening expertise including CIS Benchmarks, configuration profiles, kernel extensions, SIP, PPPC, and TCC, bash, zsh or Python scripting, experience with CIS, NIST, SOC 2 or similar frameworks, autonomous work, prioritization, and strong written documentation. Responsibilities include Jamf Pro administration, endpoint hardening, software update compliance, Self Service offerings, Zscaler, Google Workspace, identity providers, Zero Trust, certificate-based authentication, compliance mapping, runbooks, architecture decisions, and audit evidence.
Contractor engagement for 6 to 12 months with potential extension.
