Build and own production RAG pipelines that ingest EHR exports, configuration data, and other knowledge sources. Design embedding, hybrid-search, and graph-retrieval strategies; ground agent responses with citations; improve retrieval through evaluation and reranking; and maintain an accurate knowledge layer.
Production Python engineering; experience designing ingestion, indexing, retrieval, grounding, and citation workflows for production RAG systems; Neo4j, Cypher, or equivalent knowledge-graph experience; embeddings, hybrid retrieval, graph retrieval, reranking, and evaluation; LLM and AI-agent integration; Redis caching. Healthcare data, EHR or FHIR, GraphRAG, and LangGraph are preferred.
