Develop and improve GitLaw's AI agent, including planning, reasoning, RAG pipelines, document integrations, evaluations, and LangChain or LangGraph workflows. Design a strictly typed asynchronous Python codebase, improve performance and reliability, build agent state machines, and integrate legal document workflows.
Expert Python 3.10+ knowledge, especially asyncio, typing, and concurrency; production REST or gRPC backend services; relational databases and SQL, preferably PostgreSQL; Git workflows; Docker; strong problem-solving, ownership, asynchronous communication, and attention to detail. Rust, LangGraph, vector databases, RAG, LLMs, chatbots, GCP, and LLM evaluation or monitoring are preferred.
