5+ years shipping real production products. Strong modern programming skills in JavaScript, React, Node, and/or Python, with comfort working across the stack. Experience building, experimenting with, or deploying AI products. Energized by AI and actively using it in coding workflows. Strong builder mindset, autonomy, attention to detail, ownership of ambiguity, and interest in 0-to-1 work.
