Senior front-end engineering ability across browsers and devices; hands-on WordPress block editor/theme development and Next.js/React experience; strong custom CSS and Tailwind skills; a portfolio or code samples showing maintainable solutions; clear client and distributed-team communication; attention to UX, performance, and accessibility; modern workflows including strategic use of AI tools.
