A fast-growing early-stage AI infrastructure startup is hiring a Platform Engineer to build backend systems and infrastructure for next-generation AI agent deployment at scale. The role works directly with the founding engineering team to design, ship, and scale critical backend systems, data pipelines, and platform infrastructure, including production infrastructure, ETL workflows, real-time data pipelines, scalable APIs, customer integrations, reliability improvements, cross-stack contributions, architecture decisions, performance, scalability, resilience, system components, and internal tooling.
Requisitos
4-7 years of software engineering experience; strong backend development experience with Python, Node.js, TypeScript, or similar; experience building data pipelines, ETL systems, or production-grade data infrastructure; comfort contributing across the full stack; strong debugging and systems-thinking skills; autonomy in fast-moving startup environments; strong written and verbal English communication. Preferred experience includes platform engineering or DevOps, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems design, AI or LLM infrastructure, production AI or agentic systems, customer-facing integrations, and messy real-world data.
