Lead the design and delivery of agent-based AI solutions for the insurance sector, including automation for broking and underwriting workflows, resilient AI platforms, LLM and RAG systems, document understanding, extraction, categorization and multi-agent workflows. Own initiatives from discovery through production and measurement, establish evaluation and observability practices, and mentor engineers.
5+ years of relevant software, AI or ML experience and at least 1 year supervising or coordinating software teams; advanced Python and TypeScript; proven delivery of AI initiatives from exploration to production; experience with machine learning, predictive techniques and LLMs; CI/CD and containers; strong critical thinking and ability to communicate technical topics to business stakeholders; English B2+. Insurance or reinsurance operations, infrastructure as code, observability and architecture leadership are advantages.
