8+ years of software engineering experience, 3+ years leading technical delivery for production systems, strong Python, Next.js, PostgreSQL, full-stack application development, backend API design, frontend implementation, system architecture, integrations, testing, observability, deployment, secure scalable systems, AI-powered workflows including document processing, scoring and LLM features, stakeholder collaboration, and advanced English. Experience with no-code migrations, marketplace, fintech, document-intensive products, cloud platforms, CI/CD, containers, and AI tools is valued.
