Technical Lead role for a logistics and fulfillment client building a custom warehouse management system and the surrounding operational stack. The role owns system architecture, data modeling, engineering standards, team leadership, and daily production coding for a complex greenfield build.
10+ years of backend software development, at least 2 years as technical lead or principal engineer, deep TypeScript/Node.js with NestJS, expert PostgreSQL schema design and optimization, complex event-driven data models, REST APIs, background job systems, GCP or AWS, system migrations with dual-write or shadow-run strategies, WMS or ERP systems as a plus, logistics or supply chain domain as a plus, AI-assisted development practices, and advanced English.
