6+ years in business analysis, requirements engineering, product operations, systems analysis, technical project management, or related fields. Strong requirements elicitation, stakeholder interviewing, user stories, functional specifications, process documentation, acceptance criteria, analytical skills, workshop facilitation, written documentation, advanced English, and familiarity with AI tools. Nice to have ERP, logistics, supply chain, inventory, fulfillment, workflow automation, consulting, business architecture, solution architecture, or requirements repository experience.
