5+ years in business process automation, systems integration, or process improvement; Google Apps Script and advanced Google Workspace; Zapier or Make; REST APIs and webhooks; Google Workspace, Asana, HubSpot, Slack, Looker Studio; translating business needs into technical solutions; iterative MVP delivery; communication, documentation, stakeholder management; advanced English; AI tools. Nice to have Amazon Seller Central, SP-API, Amazon Ads API, OpenAI, Claude or Gemini integrations, e-commerce, marketplaces, operations-heavy environments, AI automation, and related degree.
