Develop customer-facing full-stack web applications in a small remote engineering team, using Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Hotwire or Phoenix LiveView, REST APIs, third-party integrations, and PostgreSQL while owning delivery, testing, code quality, and collaboration.
Full-stack Ruby on Rails development capability; front-end skills with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience building responsive interfaces, REST APIs, third-party integrations, and database-backed applications; ability to test, debug, optimize, review code, manage work independently, communicate clearly, collaborate, and mentor peers. Salesforce, AWS or Heroku, DevOps and CI/CD, and mobile or responsive-design experience are desirable.
