7+ years of experience building and scaling backend services and product-facing features; fluency in TypeScript, React or a similar framework, and a statically typed backend language such as Go; proficiency with APIs, relational databases, testable and performant code; strong attention to frontend polish, backend performance, customer experience, ownership, and technical decision-making.
Starting salary of $150,000-$200,000 USD or local-currency equivalent, subject to experience and market adjustment; 100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for employees and families; 16 weeks of paid parental leave; unlimited PTO; remote-work and wellness stipends; professional development budget.
