Lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions, including retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, agent frameworks, structured information extraction, and production backend services in a Microsoft AI environment. The role owns architecture and technical direction in client-facing consulting engagements.
Strong backend Python experience; at least 2 years building production LLM applications; TypeScript and familiarity with .NET/C#; FastAPI or Flask, Pandas, NumPy, and SQL; production RAG, information extraction, and agent workflows; Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure AI Search or equivalent AWS/GCP services; agent orchestration frameworks; AI evaluation and governance; APIs, Docker, technical leadership, autonomy, and advanced English.
