The Program Manager serves as the technical backbone and operational anchor for our high-performing PODs. Bridging the gap between high-level client strategy and daily tactical execution, you will lead cross-functional delivery teams—guiding Senior, Intermediate, and Junior project staff toward consistent execution excellence. This role is critical to scaling our nearshore delivery operations and driving long-term client retention. By combining hands-on team leadership, proactive risk management, and solution advisory, you will ensure that software delivery decisions directly align with our clients' business goals while fostering a culture of continuous mentorship and team growth.
Requisitos
4+ years of experience in technical project management or program delivery, with at least 1 year in a lead or anchor role within a nearshore or agency setting. Agile & Scrum Mastery: Deep expertise in running modern software delivery workflows using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Linear . Proven Leadership: Strong background in mentoring cross-functional teams, managing delivery quality, and conducting evidence-based performance evaluations. Business Acumen & Ownership Mindset: Demonstrated ability to connect engineering decisions to business outcomes and proactively drive account health. Advanced English: Mandatory native or near-native bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) with exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interaction. Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
