3+ years of experience building and scaling production systems; strong backend fundamentals covering services, data models, and distributed systems; experience with cloud infrastructure, Docker or Kubernetes, and CI/CD; excellent communication and enthusiasm for rapid delivery. Depth in at least one of data engineering, distributed systems, AI/ML, or backend engineering with technologies such as Python, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Spark, Kafka, Flink, BigQuery, RAG, embeddings, or high-concurrency systems.
