8+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years focused on backend development; deep TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS and PostgreSQL expertise; mentoring experience; Git, Docker and CI/CD; Scrum or Kanban with tools such as JIRA and Confluence; English C1+; regular use of AI-native development tools; availability to start the workday at 7:00 a.m. local time in Brazil. WebSockets, Elasticsearch or Lucene and automotive or B2B trading experience are advantages.
Fully remote from Brazil on a freelance basis; architecture ownership from day one; AI-first engineering culture; direct collaboration with the European team and the backing of an established automotive marketplace.
