Strong academic record in high school and university; computer science, STEM degree or compelling alternative experience; evidence of drive and achievement; organized self-starting work style; professional communication; ability to write modern maintainable Python with attention to performance; strong English; Linux experience, especially Debian or Ubuntu; curiosity, flexibility and accountability; willingness to travel twice per year for up to two weeks. Containers, Kubernetes, Go, Rust, C or C++, web or Flutter, REST or gRPC, SQL or NoSQL, cloud, OpenStack, Debian packaging, scalable systems, performance and security are additional advantages.
