Own major parts of Canals' frontend architecture and build core features for its wholesale-distribution automation platform using Svelte, TypeScript, and modern web tooling. The role leads complex UI projects, collaborates with product, design, and backend engineering, evolves the design system, improves performance and accessibility, and mentors teammates.
Typically 5+ years of frontend or full-stack engineering experience; expert TypeScript and modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; experience shipping complex data-driven web applications; deep knowledge of frontend architecture, state management, and API integration; attention to design and user experience; and strong remote, asynchronous communication. Frontend performance optimization experience is a plus.
