Build and maintain scalable backend systems for Canals' wholesale-distribution automation platform. The role contributes to features, bug fixes, performance improvements, code reviews, testing, documentation, and cross-functional product delivery while growing under experienced engineers.
Typically 0-2 years of professional software engineering experience, including internships or projects; solid programming fundamentals; familiarity with a backend language such as Go, Python, or Node.js; curiosity about complex systems; eagerness to learn; and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Interest in startups, AI, or logistics is a plus.
