Bolt.new via Greenhouse
Set the technical direction for reliability across Bolt.new. Embed with product and platform teams, establish production-readiness standards, define SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets, build multi-cloud reliability tooling with Terraform, mature incident management and postmortems, mentor engineers, support external trust conversations, and participate in an on-call rotation currently scheduled for one week per month.
General fluency across AWS, GCP, and Azure; Terraform expertise; comfort supporting TypeScript frontend and backend services and Ruby on Rails backend services; significant SRE, production/platform engineering, or reliability-focused software engineering experience at scale; strong production software engineering fundamentals; cross-team technical leadership, strategic execution, systems thinking, measurement frameworks, and strong written and verbal English. Growth-stage SRE practice, embedded SRE, chaos/resilience testing, and progressive delivery experience are bonuses.
Fully remote and globally distributed team; candidates do not need a college degree, do not need to be located in the U.S., and do not need to meet every listed qualification.
