You'll be Bolt's 1st full-time finance leader, working directly with our COO to build out the function. This is a foundational role: you'll shape and own our processes for FP&A and board-level reporting, quote-to-cash, deal desk, procurement, and sales compensation, and you'll partner with Product and Growth on pricing & packaging.; Finance at Bolt is not a back-office function. You'll get operationally involved in every department of the business, and because we're an AI-native company, you'll build agents to handle the repetitive work so you can spend your time on the decisions that move the numbers.; You will be a key partner in building the operating backbone for Bolt's next stage of growth.
Requisitos
8+ years in SaaS finance/accounting with end-to-end Q2C and revenue recognition ownership.; Experience building/owning Deal Desk and sales compensation programs.; Strong process and policy writer; effective operator across Product & GTM; CPA preferred, but not required; Demonstrated ability to improve close time, forecasting, and DSO.; Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required, as this role involves frequent collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and customers where English is the primary working language.
