Join Arionkoder AI Labs as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build LLM automation proof of concepts, multimodal VLM and OCR solutions, prompt-engineered workflows, and AI or ML prototypes for challenging business problems. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams, improves model accuracy and performance, supports technical interviews and pre-sales solution design, and documents learnings for iterative development.
Software engineering degree or similar; excellent software development skills; experience implementing LLM workflows, RAG solutions, or agents using LangChain and OpenAI models; experience developing and deploying AI or ML solutions on AWS; Python, Git, Streamlit, and prompt engineering expertise; Agile experience; multidisciplinary team experience; excellent written and spoken English; proactivity and creativity. Nice to have: voice-to-text or text-to-voice applications, traditional NLP, MLOps tools such as MLflow, v0.dev, other ML fields, live customer demos, test-driven AI or ML development, and client-facing experience.
