Shape and deliver high-quality Ruby on Rails solutions while mentoring and coaching the development team. The role implements scalable, high-performance solutions, optimizes application performance, creates architectural solutions for third-party service and API integrations, maintains architecture documentation, and incorporates current Ruby on Rails best practices.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience; minimum 10 years of software development experience; at least 6 years of hands-on Ruby on Rails experience; strong Ruby on Rails development skills and clean, maintainable code practices; JavaScript proficiency with React.js or Vue.js; excellent oral and written English; Agile methodology familiarity. Great to have: experience coaching and mentoring development teams.
