Own quality end to end for a core product team, combining manual and exploratory testing with automated suites in CI. The role reviews requirements early, defines acceptance criteria, designs risk-based coverage, acts as a final pre-production checkpoint, uses AI tools for test design, automation, triage, and reporting, and owns release validation, quality gates, defect management, and quality reporting.
7 or more years of professional Quality Engineering or QA experience with depth in both manual and automation; test case, test plan, and test strategy design for complex systems; automated test suite ownership in CI; modern UI automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Appium; API testing with Postman, REST clients, RestAssured, Supertest, Pytest plus requests, or similar; test case management and bug tracking tools such as Qase, TestRail, Xray, Zephyr, Jira, Linear, or Asana; CI/CD fluency with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar; JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, or equivalent scripting; testing fundamentals, release readiness, excellent English, remote team comfort, autonomous senior judgment, and daily AI tool usage.
